2016 Moscato

A unique dry Moscato processed in an old world style similar to wine of Jumilla in Southern Spain. Harvested from Dragoon Mountain Vineyard and aged for 11 months in neutral French Oak. 

Floral notes of rose petal and elderflower and flavors of peach, apricot, and orange.

2016 Chardonnay

Chablis inspired Chardonnay fermented and aged for 11 months  in neutral French Oak . The fermentation and aging process allows for the purity of the grapes and landscape to shine through. The warm climate of Arizona allows for a fruiter variation of this style of production.  

A Creamy Chardonnay with citrus and vanilla notes with flavors of green apple, peach, and banana.

2015 Syrah

This particular Syrah was on the skins for less time to produce a lighter color. Partially aged in charred barrels to create a smokier than usual Syrah. Aged for 23 months French Oak. A blend of grapes from Dragoon Mountain Vineyard and Al Buhl Memorial Vineyard.

Deep palate of black current, red berry, and dark chocolate with aromas of blackberry and cocoa.

2015 Malbec

Sourced from the Dragoon Mountain Vineyard, this wine was created after the the 100% varietal Malbec of Cahors. Our Malbec was created using an extended maceration to produce a dark and rich wine. Aged for 23 months in French Oak. 


Perfumed with cherry, plum and spice, this Malbec exudes flavors of black currant, raspberry and cranberry.

2014 Conspiracy

Conspiracy is a blend of 70% Petit Verdot, 24% Malbec and 6% Tinta Cão; secondary varietals of the Bordeax and Douro valley. These particular grapes thrive in Arizona and the concept was to let the grapes speak for themselves by aging in French Oak and open-top fermentation bins. 

A deep flavorful wine that ends with bright notes of blueberry sauce and candied violets.
